maybe ending things with her and focusing on urself is what’s better. find new hobbies to be in new environments to meet new people, even if u aren’t in greek life join clubs, go to campus events! i fixed some ppl to talk to me lol when i could tell maybe they were lonely or didn’t have friends either. be an extrovert 😊
I’ve gone through myself too many times to count and apart from being less scared to meet people, I think I’m like 9/10 mentally. I really love her too but our schedules conflict or I don’t wanna be too pushy or anything. Like every time I wanna go back to my dorm and just spend time but I never wanna make her do something she doesn’t want to do
i’m really sorry it sounds like you’re stuck and ik how that feels all too well. i would say definitely start with what’s easiest, as you already have these feelings it’s obvi best to break up with ur gf, then figuring out everything else will come with time. you gotta go one hurdle at a time
It’s both, she’s keeping me going but sometimes trying to do things I want without sounding like a controlling guy is hard. I always air on the side of caution with her cause I don’t wanna be labeled a rapist (it’s a problem at my school) but what else can I do. Like if I had the option I’d chose to spend hours with her when we both are drunk and on a honey pack, but that’s too much
I think you need to do some real reflection and make a difficult choice If she doesn’t want to or isn’t always down to do physical stuff plus alcohol/honey pack, then you just have to respect her. Some people don’t involve alc because of serious personal reasons. You can totally find someone that is compatible to you and wants to do what you want to do. It might be easy, it might be difficult, no way to tell. #life But you would need to step outside to find said person and/or maybe friend(s)
