Depends on the situation. In the big picture, no. If you’re looking for someone professionally qualified to hear you vent and give advice and you don’t have that in your life, sure. But no therapist has ever solved a patient, temporary solution.

if ur rly looking for someone to talk to and you can’t talk to anyone else, yeah I’d suggest talking to a therapist because they’re professionally qualified to be able to give advice and respond in a constructive way and understand you.

It truly depends on the person, I did therapy for anxiety and found it to be useless. For me personally me facing my fears myself for what made me anxious was better than talking to someone. However I know people with trauma who it really helped.
