
Not only will you feel good dropping the weight, you’ll likely get validation from others in your journey although don’t expect it. On top of that you’ll notice bodily functions will be better and you’ll be more in control of muscle groups you didn’t even know you had. You got this OP!!! The validation? Well it would definitely be nice but this is YOUR journey to enjoy ✊ Expecting validation may inhibit your progress especially if you don’t get the validation you believe you deserve. It’s just a vulnerability that prevents a lot of people from actually committing. Losing weight is one of the many solo journeys people pursue in life but in the end it’ll always makes them both mentally and physically stronger 💪 I believe in you OP!
