
every body type is different and will carry such weight differently. if you are healthy, active, workout, and are more muscle than fat then i would say you are good. obviously according to bmi, yes that’s “too much”, but i’m a 5’6 female, 225 lbs, and i’m in track, lift weights and do cardio. i carry the weight pretty well i’d say people guess i weigh around 150-160. i’m just a random person tho lol, talk to your doctor and adresss any concerns with them.
