every body type is different and will carry such weight differently. if you are healthy, active, workout, and are more muscle than fat then i would say you are good. obviously according to bmi, yes thatโs โtoo muchโ, but iโm a 5โ6 female, 225 lbs, and iโm in track, lift weights and do cardio. i carry the weight pretty well iโd say people guess i weigh around 150-160. iโm just a random person tho lol, talk to your doctor and adresss any concerns with them.
