Reading all the comments I do think he seems insensitive. Do i think you’re reading too far into what he said? Yes. Do i think what he said was ok? No. It was rude and not the right thing to say but I’d definitely try expressing that to him and saying you appreciate what he was TRYING to say but the way he said it upset you. If he can’t be spoken to and can’t listen to why you are upset… not a good sign

he just came in, asked if i was really that upset, and i said “yeah when you know i already have really low self esteem and you straight up tell me there’s better girls than me, yeah it’s gonna upset me”. and he was like oh whatever and walked out in to the kitchen all annoyed. and is out there playing on his phone

Coming from a guy your bf is a piece of shit, never in a million years would I purposely say something that I know would hurt my girl. And he knows exactly what he said he’s just feigning ignorance. This is not someone you wanna spend your life with, it only gets worse.
