Idk if this works for other people but I don’t even entertain the thought of romance. If I ever think she’s kinda pretty, or that’s seemed flirty, NOPE. GONE. NOT A THING. DENIAL!!! SHES NOT INTO ME AND IM NOT INTO HER. and then I enjoy my close friendships. Also helps to have multiple female friends, bc then it just seems normal and not like that’s special friend, which also helps
