i feel like a terrible person, I adopted a cat, he won’t stop biting me and humping, and he tries to eat my food out of my mouth, and I can’t stop crying please give any advice

Has he been neutered? That calming spray can help and you can also get collars that have that calming scent on them. He’s probably stressed from moving homes so many times

i put in the calming cat thing, I don’t want to fail him bc I’m his 3rd home and I am so scared if I do

yes he has, he isn’t letting me sleep or he cries in my face or humps my leg I can’t do it I’m so tired

Lock him out of your bedroom and wear earplugs until he calms down. I find it's helpful to keep a new cat contained to one small room like a bathroom at first until they get comfortable with you and the space and then gradually introduce them to the rest of the house

My experience is with feral cats but this situation seems just as extreme in a different way
