
it’s not something that helps everyone, but usually, whether you realize it or not, if your body wants to cry, it is for a reason. that reason doesn’t have to be sad! you can cry because you are happy, angry, sad, relieved, bored—crying is just one of many ways humans process excess stimulation. not everyone does it, but that doesn’t make it not normal. in theory, this is a healthy, and that is more important than it being common.
