beans or rice on paper, look up ‘bean map tutorial’. ik my players would be pissed if i used ai for a campaign

Took some common objects and some obscure objects (to have both regular and irregular shapes) shook em up and dropped them on the paper. Repeat until satisfied

You could defn use online tools to help you just google it. I’m sure you could even use AI to help

Man while I like AI, ChatGPT made the WORST map lol. I kept having to tell it over and over. I keep seeing tools advertised though! It’s a pretty massive world I’m making so the writing is taking awhile at least

You could shittily draw a map and try having ai clean it up. Also I used image generation for something else but in my experience Gemini is much better for it
