People who lose a significant amount of weight do not lose it from diet changes. They lose it from exercise. Weight loss is fat being converted into water and mostly carbon dioxide. We exhale carbon dioxide and sweat out water but most weight loss is from the exhalation of carbon dioxide. Try to think of it in that way.

Exercise daily and eat well and enough so your body feels free to lose weight. If you try and diet too much your body is going to be stuck in survival and not going to want to shed weight as easy

Find base metabolic rate. Eat less than that

This is why jogging/running is the best and most effective way of losing weight. You are literally exhaling out the conversion of fat into carbon dioxide.

Find an average. Or give me height weight gender and goal weight and I’ll crunch numbers
