
Usually when you have no energy or motivation to do anything. You don’t see a point in doing anything because life doesn’t ever work out anyway. You simply exist because you haven’t died yet, but you have no interest in exploring life because life is uninteresting and empty to you. This is depression
If you’re feeling down, please go outside and put your bare feet on the grass. Go breathe and just sit with yourself, no distractions. Cry if you have to. Then go inside and take a relaxing shower or bath. Get some sleep and reevaluate in the morning. Also, therapy isn’t just for those who have been through severe trauma, having someone to just talk about this feeling can help when you feel these in between moments
