How can I trust God? He adds obstacles when I’m at my peak and then destroys my relationship. I’m good on all that.

Maybe that’s his way of asking you to trust him and his process and to focus more on him instead of relationships?

Maybe it is, but it is so hard to trust when he is also putting me through turmoil. I do focus on him more than relationships because my relationship is over 🫠

There is no god, hun. Life has ups and downs, but there is no “saviour” for it. You make of these situations what you can. You can respond in whichever way you want to.

Heard that, been thinking the same thing for a minute now. Just really focusing on myself to the best of my ability and actually doing amazing for now. It’s all a mindset.

Turn to your support network. If you don’t have one, people who genuinely care for YOU and not your involvement in a specific group, find events around interests of yours, speak to a therapist (this is such a huge boon!! And if one doesn’t work, there are others!), and partake in self care, whether that means spending time playing games, going on hikes, lighting candles and relaxing, whatever that looks like to you. Ground yourself in what is around you and those that bring you comfort and joy.

These are all good things! I personally have been working out, biking, and working everyday to ease my mind and regain my confidence in myself. I am talking to a therapist at the moment and they are a Really good support team as well as my friends. I’ve been hanging out with the same guy every day and that’s all I need. I’ve gotten sober which is great and I’m actually able maintain a clean environment around my house! Very detailed answer btw! Thank you.

Just curious: you say you don’t believe in God but you blame him for your turmoil - adding obstacles to your life and destroying your relationships. How can something - you don’t believe to exist - impact your life so much? You’re being tested and you’re failing. You turn your back on him at your peak and wonder “why do I suffer.” Get back on the right path, restore your faith in God.
