Leaving a group chat for “me time” is lowkey weird are you gonna ask to be put back in or are you just done? If you need a break from constant messages I get it just turn off alerts but leaving is crazy

I’m joking about the me time thing. Whenever I ask people to do something I literally always got no response. Not a period, yes, no, or maybe. Someone else could send a message and people get to chatting. This was around the time when depression was on my neck pretty tight. I’m not depressed anymore. Nothing has changed. What’s the point? If I’m needed for any reason, I can be reached through text
