That’s called obsessive compulsive disorder, my friend got diagnosed with that in high school. Maybe go to a therapist

This seems like a mindset thing. I used to think similarly until I felt like I was just aware of the fragility of life. This may root back to something else in your personal life but if you aren’t happy with the position you are in, think about what you would want to change it. If you don’t know, ask around. Every time I have huge dilemma I’ll ask damn near anyone ab it. It doesn’t need to be a big change, just one to break that thought cycle.
