Anyone else here relatively thin but struggle a lot with bloating?? 😭 bc I have a flat tummy when I first wake up, but by the end of the day I look freaking pregnant. Does anyone have any tips to reduce bloating?
Make sure you are eating some fiber & probiotics regularly. I’m the same way but it’s not as bad if I routinely eat Greek yogurt and beans and stuff lol

eat as much whole/unprocessed food as possible, make sure you’re hydrated, eat fiber, and if that doesn’t help u might have food allergies

If you can, try an extended water only fast monthly. It’s like 36 to 48 hours. It’s not easy to do the first time you do it but once your body gets used to it, you don’t even realize you’re fasting
