They like bread and actually do not want the attention. If you throw bread out of a window without them seeing you, they won’t give a fuck about you but will fight for that piece of bread

Bread has little nutritional value for ducks and limited amount they can eat per day. They fill up pretty fast and filling up with bread instead of foods they do need in their diet like insects, plants and seeds leads to malnutrition. Additionally, google ‘angel wing’. It’s a deformity ducks can acquire by having an unhealthy diet in high carbs and low nutrients. Thus, bread = bad for ducks.

Ducks can’t digest bread. It often gets stuck in the GI tract and they starve to death because they can’t get anymore food in / out of
