 My sister isn’t here and my parents moved to Japan. I’m starting to get really sad because I literally have no one close to me anymore. I miss being with my sister🥺 How do I stop myself from crying? I feel literally alone.

As someone who has recently moved far away from family and is now alone, I try to keep busy with SOMETHING. Go on walks, go for a drive, journal, clean. Crying is ok though! Let it all out if you need to, I feel like it helps

There is something to consider. The twilight years get like this for many. Even with family, kids of elders can forget them and they become invisible at the nursing homes. Jesus is the answer.

I grew up without a dad and didn’t have friends. Jesus was there for me. Friends didn’t appear but his virtue did.

Crying isn’t weak! It’s just a display of emotions. I’m not weak for crying and neither are you. Sometimes it’s necessary
