My brain is a bowling ball rolling around in a hollowed-out bread loaf. I can feel it moving.

You might want to visit a Drs office. Or stop being stressed out so much

my guesses would be weird migraine, vertigo, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, low blood pressure, or a combination. your brain is very securely cushioned by lots of goo so it doesn’t move

I slept it off but it’s been happening a lot more the past couple of months.

yeah i think you should definitely see a doctor about it if it is happening more often— they can help you figure out the cause. it could be as simple as a vitamin deficiency or it could be something to do with your diet or stress levels

and definitely make sure you’re drinking water, dehydration can def contribute to that. i had a lot of health stuff going on a year ago and i had a feeling kind of like that

it could also be from muscle tension if you are very tense in your jaw/temples

Thank you for the advice. I’ll try to see a doctor when I can afford it.
