I love food and I don’t have the mental strength to make myself keep going to the gym or diet tbh. I feel embarrassed because of my lack of stamina too. I walk for 3 mph on the treadmill on a slight incline and I’m sweating bullets like 5-10 minutes in

I’m definitely eating less now that I’m poor and I’m college so maybe that will help.

I’m in your same boat. While I haven’t execute it yet (idk when), I heard that eating smaller, protein rich dishes will help tremendously. Small calories (like 300-700 cals) with like 20g-50g of protein. Also drink a lot of water.
