Sometimes after I wash I have dirt scrubbing off on the towel and feel so dirty😭 Is this normal?

No- use soap and a washcloth (NO JUST UR HAND IS NOT ENOUGH )on your entire body. No reason for dirty to be coming off you after you shower.
