Agree with #1, but also I lowkey think it is a red flag because it shows he might not be the cleanest roommate. Being in the same underwear and clothes you’ve sweated in, gotten your body oils on, etc. all day and then to bed is kinda nasty.

Wearing work clothes to bed isn't a red flag. Not listening to something your partner communicates repeatedly IS a red flag.
