Track your calories, do a caloric maintenance calculator online. Then do a caloric deficit. For example if it's 3000 for your maintanance, reduce it to 2500 daily. That's a harsher deficit but just an example. Eat foods that aren't as calorie dense. Lean meats, rice etc.

Eat “less” now you can take this two way first is literally just eating less as in whatever your diet is now just remove some items or the second more tolerable option is where you place food items in your diet with less calorie substitute/alternatives I’ll give you a scenario let’s say hypothetically you eat Oreos (about3-4) well instead of just cutting Oreos you could try replacing them with Shortbread cookie, Jello, grapes, etc. TL/DR You either cut the coke out completely or drink diet

Do this before resorting to anything like ozempic, don't ever jump straight to that. Majority of people will achieve great results with better eating. There are some people with certain conditions who really struggle to shed weight even with good eating.
