Hun it’s because she’s Jehovah’s Witness. They historically aren’t too cool with black and Native American people. The organization may have denounced those beliefs, but most still might believe them.

Nah I’ve known lots of Jehovah witnesses all my life and hadn’t experienced any being racist so I wouldn’t say it’s *because* she’s a JW.
