Yes, I feel like though listening to your body cues is more important and what you need for fuel and satisfaction (emotionally and physically and biologically etc)

3 *meals* yea, but doctors generally advise light snacking to keep your metabolism balanced

u might be eating heavy meals so it may seem excessive i think that either like 2 large meals or 3 regular sized meals are fine. honestly just listening to ur body is but having to follow a strict 3 meals a day prob shouldn’t be anyone’s go too
