You can start applying to jobs the closer you get to graduation. Don’t just apply to everything and stay career focused when applying especially for multiple positions at the same company. You can also hire someone who will go and get you a job which is what my HR manager dad strongly recommends if you’re not going anywhere when you’re trying on your own

Thanks, hopefully this helps people. I have a job through reference, I know a lot are struggling fresh out of college tho so I was curious on numbers. Def interesting to see every single vote as of now either for reference, less than 6 months and found a related job or over 6 months and don’t have a related job
