Not even joking, this has petrified me. He is a very smart political leader I'll give him that. He has everyone exactly where he wants them and there ain't much we can do beside assemble and protest but soon that won't even matter. He is copying hitlers playbook move for move and I don't know why everyone is so ignorant to it and willing to ignore and deny evidence.

I’m horrified and appalled and my blood boils at his reason for doing it, because the democracy and prosperity of Venezuela/Venezuelans is the LAST thing on his mind and their (all the administration’s) interviews have proved they’re only doing it to get a hold of the oil industry. They’ve straight up blatantly said it since Saturday so idk how anyone can have any doubt. So am I glad he did it no, but not because I think maduro should be in power he shouldn’t, but I know they didn’t remove him

I think it is cool that it only took them a couple hours to get him. It was bound to happen. It show the other countries that America isn’t a country to be messed with we have the best military in the world if you mess with the bull you get the horns.

just so you know, the only countries who recognized him as an actual leader was russia & china. in the USA's eyes, they've just taken out an illegitimate person keeping power, running a high drug cartel, which is exactly what maduro was doing. they're allowing the political opposition to take power, with a watchful eye to ensure she's not corrupt like maduro.

It takes so much knowledge to understand why you're wrong that I've come to understand why you see things the way you do, it is hard to wrap your mind around these things and i just beg you that you remember to never raise your hand to a neighbor just because someone else told you to fear them.

Let me be clear, what he was doing was NOT OK and should've been removed, just like Putin and Kim, but when Ukraine is still DEFENDING their land not attacking. the right says things that insinuate its a mutual fight or that “they just need to come to an agreement” LIKE HOW ABOUT YOU LEAVE THEM ALONE? HELLO? Hitler violating the Munich agreement!? Anyway, but the opposition is pro-israel and I don't think that's just a coincidence.

i think it was a wise decision foreseeing he was set to meet with china that night/day. foreseeing as how the oil trade with venezuela and china has been working. foreseeing how the people of venezuela haven't seen an ounce of that oil in decades. national security is the main reason behind interfering. the west is not a place for china or russia to be doing heavy business, and yet, with venezuela, they were. venezuela was a honey pot for the commies. not anymore.

With good intentions but rather dirty tyrannical ones which is what makes it sickening. There’s is no feeling of liberation for Venezuela and it’s citizens in any of this because it’s not true- the rest of the regime is still there and will be there as long as they cave to the US’s interests which involves nothing for the country only giving the oil to the US and getting US “adversaries” out of the region.
