it’s like theres something wrong with anime studios. why are their voices so high pitched? why does it HAVE to be over the top? why is it so sexualized?

I watched one for shits and giggles and it 100% confirmed it’s for gooners who love seeing 12 year olds w double D’s

I love the art style and sometimes they have interesting concepts, but then it gets bogged down by the oversexualization or the fact that the storyline is better suited for an hour long movie instead of a series. The Animatrix is the only one I ever recommend and it really is only about an hour.
