Why didn’t Iran protect Palestine years ago? Had they done so maybe they wouldn’t be in this mess now.

Especially when “Iranian support” means weapons to kill Israeli civilians and tunneling equipment to put Palestinian civilians in the line of fire to protect literal terrorists

They clearly have the capability to go 1:1 with the US. I don't understand why they sat and watched isreal grow from a Jewish settlent to a state to a majority to a regional power. They and others should've protected Palestine
