Is it just a me thing or do you have to talk yourself out of self destructing on really bad days. Like idk why but my brain just wants mess up the good things on my life on bad days

Yeah feel this a lot. Once or twice a week I get this overwhelming feeling like I’m gonna detonate. Usually it’s from matters that are beyond my control

It’s mental patterns, one of the hardest part of existing is dealing with your thoughts. It happens to us all. What I do when that happens to me, is I pray. It helps me a lot.

lack of capabilities, like if I can pass a class, or what other people are thinking about and what is expected of me to them. I think about how we have a surplus of dopamine access that makes the newer generation less social because they can get enough dopamine in their room alone. I worry that that affects severely and I see it every day. I think about my past relationship, it was long term, but I still ponder that I could’ve done something different.

All the while I think of these things I get annoyed at myself for thinking so much so I start thinking about that. Shit sucks but yk what else can you do but ball hard
