1) Operation Warp Speed — COVID vaccines likely saved millions of U.S. lives and over $1 trillion in costs. 2) VA MISSION Act — expanded veterans’ access to non-VA community care; VA says community care paid $36B to local providers in FY2025. 3) Great American Outdoors Act — authorized up to $1.6B per year for five years for public-land and park repairs.

4. FUTURE Act for HBCUs and minority-serving colleges — made $255M in annual funding permanent. 5. First Step Act — released tens of thousands from federal prison with lower measured recidivism than comparable groups. 6. Music Modernization Act — improved streaming royalty payments; the MLC has distributed over $3B in royalties.
