You can do both, I’m a hell of a runner and good at my job but my day is long and I can only occupy myself with activities for so much of it

What told me to lock in was the main point that no and I mean no one was coming to save me. I had to do a lot on my own and I still do. So I locked in and told myself that while other people have weapons…. I’m turning myself into one
