I’ve been doing it by eating smaller meal portions, trying not to snack when I’m bored, drinking more water and trying to be generally more active

I walk around a lot every day and try to take the stairs when I’m able to instead of taking extra shortcuts and stuff

Drink more caffeine, it increases your baseline level of calories that you burn, also diet soda, yeah it’s not good for you but it will help you stay full and satiated so you won’t eat more, I lost 80lbs doing that, 4 cups of black coffee 0 calories, 3 bottles of diet Dr Pepper 0 calories, and removing carbs from my diet except before the gym, set a calorie limit and actually calculate it put most of it towards meat and vegetables with high protein and micronutrients
