I'm also colorblind, check out the app "Color Blind Pal." It's not perfect but it uses your phone camera and gives you an estimate of what color you're looking at

I can't see 1's comment but you could use assistive tech for blind people since it would say what color is present, but what I would do is take a picture and use a hex code color picker and then take that to a color palette site to see if they work or clash. Most of my wardrobe is monochrome and I usually only throw one colorful thing at a time.
