Ahhh I totally understand. I have a friend who doesn’t have a handle finances well. If they had $20 they would spend it on vapes and drinks then complain they don’t have any gas or food money. A “friend” wouldn’t put you in that situation. They are not making good choices and asking you to make up the difference on their choice- something a true friend wouldn’t do. But you can definitely help. I showed my friend / helped them with getting food stamps and other resources. But if you start giving them money, even if you have the most pure intentions it doesn’t end well.
