Does any one have intrusive thoughts linked with possible ocd?are you medicated or something or does talking to therapists actually help. I don't feel comfortable sharing the thoughts but i genuinely cannot live like this so maybe i should

You should read the book How to Hide in Plain Sight by Emma Noyes. Made me feel so seen because I also had those really disturbing images in my mind

i do! used to go yo a therapist but stopped because of insurance stuff, just look for one that specializes in ocd! also journaling helps

I dont ever want to verbalize mine, but i do remind myself that intrusive thoughts are a way for your brain to scare itself (anxious compulsion). Its not something you want! Other than that, i try to distract myself away from them
