I see it as a major compliment For 99% of people their partner is not the hottest person they have ever seen. But thats ok. You can recognize someone as attractive while also not putting them above someone you love. You got the best of both.

Yes and no. I’m sure in his head, he didn’t remember he had a gf. He saw a girl and thought she was a super hot. I assume he things you are hot when he’s not drunk. I think he just forgot he had a gf. I would take it as a compliment. Kind of a “if I met you for the first time again, I would think you are so hot” situation. I hope everything works out!
