Depends on the piercing. The thick ones ive seen that are like 4 or 5 mm are kinda off putting. But the wire ones can be cute. It’s just person preference but having a hole that i can fit a metal bb through just looks painful.

If you wear it out all the time it’ll narrow your dating pool but that may be a good thing if you want a guy with the same aesthetic.
