How do I tell my body it’s ok to not be stressed? My nervous system is so used to perma stressed that even when it’s ok to take it easy, my mind feels the need to find something to be stressed about

Exposure to whats causing the stress. OR An acknowledgment that stress is the body’s subconscious response to internal fatigue and that a change of scenery is needed.
