Leafy non-acidic greens, beans, egg, gelatinous collagen rich broth and organ meat like liver.

ask your doctor for brand specific recommendations either way but you’re going to want something rich in folic acid. nothing wrong with taking a pill and it’ll prevent many congenital diseases. if you don’t want a pill, you still need something high in folic acid

Folic acid is poison and linked to so much bad stuff. You want folates which the body converts to usable folic acid. This is found in greens and beans/legumes.
