tips on how to stay consistent with school work along with outside activities as a freshman in college? every day i wake up so tired i never want to get out of bed.

Don’t be afraid to say no to an event or activity or feel deep obligation to do sm if you know the time will stress you out. and don’t be afraid to ask for extensions. Make one day in your week a coveted less work oriented day and try to make it consistent so you can do something fun and social. Block out work blocks when you have to do certain assignments to stay on task. Give yourself a morning and evening routine where your not by your screen and can disconnect

Honestly do it little by little. If you try to do too much you tend to overwhelm youself. Knock out your tasks one at a time and manage yourself it’s ok to take breaks but procrastination is the biggest enemy of a college student because there’s no one holding you accountable besides yourself.

It’ll never balance out perfectly and each semester will be different. But prioritizing what needs to get done and honoring your social world will involve looking ahead, planning out hang outs and being consistent in your work time blocks. Also feel free to ask friends if they want to do a work session then do something after. Then you’re being accountable and can have fun. I personally am still struggling with it as a senior but remeber to never beat yourself up over this, your learning and giv
