Probably because those “good looking girls” were taught to know the value of being a real woman; thus lowering cortisol levels and acting feminine. Also, this post of yours seems to imply that you aren’t looking for a serious relationship with a woman, especially if you can’t talk to her dad. Implies that you’re “fast”, and you don’t like Republican/Conservative dads because they teach their daughters to avoid people like you.
