Those mfs changed how our policy works at the beginning of 2025 and now my damn medicine is 2x the price it normally was in years previous. They’re greedy and corrupt.

It’s not just health insurance, it’s any insurance. They are not there to “insure you” they are there to make money. The way that they don’t make money is by processing claims. They’ll try all they can to not have to process claims so they can maximize profit. It’s a business at the end of the day

100%. My bf had a brain tumor and had to quit his job because it was affecting him so bad. He lost his insurance. For barely good insurance through marketplace they want like $700 a month.

It’s the state of Michigan, not the insurance company. Insurance is state run and they have to follow the states ridiculous red tape. Michigan doesn’t go easy on people in their 20s

side note: i’m so serious when i say that they would rather you die than pay anything for you, “Prior Authorizations” are bullshit. all they want you to do is pay into their pot of gold so they can please their stockholders

At least with the mafia they protected you. With insurance, you get in a crash and they’re “ohh sorry we can’t cover you cuz of etc”
