if life is running away from you, you have to run towards it. ik it sounds corny but hear me out. cherish the time you have with your family now, we tend to take it for granted. purposefully create those joyous experiences, take action to change what you can. it is the only way you’ll be able to get out of this. we all grow at different rates, and you don’t know what others have been through to get to where they are, so there’s no use making a 1:1 comparison between them and yourself.

Don’t do it. Life is worth living, I promise. Things will get better

Thanks but like what about life isn’t running away from you, your age, your peers and family’s life spans, joyful experiences. What of them

We need to appreciate the passing of time somehow — that’s why rituals are so important. I struggle with this too, but isn’t there something beautiful about a long life, even when their hair is grey? Yes, we get old too, but that means that we have lived!
