It’s extremely common to not be able to finish from just internal stimulation, I’d suggest getting something like a bullet vibe to try with it

I’ve tried all of that and it’s still a no go. I enjoy the sex but I just have never been able to finish and I feel like it upsets my fiancé too because he thinks he’s not doing good enough but he’s not the problem, I am :/

Like I can’t even get myself off and I’ve told him that. If I can’t even get myself off then it’s not on him for not being able to either. And we’ve spiced up everything in all ways we could think of and it still doesn’t happen. Even took pills that were supposed to make me more sensitive and everything

It’s not your fault or his, sometimes that’s just the way things are. Maybe there are some more things you could try that you either haven’t done yet or haven’t tried many times? If you can find out what works for you alone then it will be easier to apply that with a partner

I'm a guy and I take a lot longer to finish than my girl, but neither of us mind she still finishes always and if I don't and she taps we just move on to cuddling 🤷‍♂️ it's nothing about how good she is she's great, just make sure you reassure him that you had a good time/ felt good/ love him.
