These last few days I’ve been incredibly tired, barely getting out of bed, not going to classes and cancelling plans. Even with lots of caffeine, It’s so hard to get work done. I’m really hoping this is just my period… how would you get past this?

Are you sad, triggered, feeling unlike yourself? Did something recently happen? Or the simple answer, you are just burned out bcz maybe you have a lot going on

I think it has to do with being burnt out- I have a lot of work to do with uni finals coming up, have been working without a real break up until now, and seeing I’ve been getting bad grades with my work from the past few months is not very encouraging.

You have to find balance…. I don’t know your situation, but if you keep on your current path you will crash and burn. Think about it… you are investing your time and effort into all this stuff and what are you really gaining outside of how you feel today?
