Besides that just look up what movements target the muscles that you want to build and hit them in the 8-12 rep range. (Progressive overload throughout days) feeling the burn is the best way of knowing if you are challenging your body the way it needs.
Alright then maybe start with a good combo of bodyweight and weightlifting exercises. One cool thing you can do is go to the gym a couple times a week and spread out throughout the day do like burpees and squats. That’ll get you toned. I’m guessing you also care about aesthetics right?
