I want to start working out. I’m so overwhelmed. How do I start?

I believe proper motivation is more important than anything else. Make sure you have a reason that can keep you dedicated. Besides that just look up what movements target the muscles that you want to build and hit them in the 8-12 rep range. (Progressive overload throughout days) feeling the burn is the best way of knowing if you are challenging your body the way it needs.

Gain muscle. But I do not want to look bulky like some girls I see. Just toned and bigger legs

Alright then maybe start with a good combo of bodyweight and weightlifting exercises. One cool thing you can do is go to the gym a couple times a week and spread out throughout the day do like burpees and squats. That’ll get you toned. I’m guessing you also care about aesthetics right?

What do you mean by aesthetics? I am currently underweight
