Women who go to the gym- any tips for newcomers? I’ve always just done cardio but I want to start lifting weights to get stronger/leaner. I’m afraid of getting bulky tho

What is your goal? Sounds like to be toned and have some muscle? There is way to do it without bulk. I ran marathons, go to the gym, and workout at home.

Aww sweety. Unless your lifting like a gorilla, eating protein like a pack of lion, and shooting testosterone like a junky… it’s damn near impossible for women to “get bulky”. You can definitely get toned and muscular in a feminine way. But actual bulk is VERY HARD
