
Just little changes in your everyday life could help too, trying to appreciate the little things is a big one. Try to focus on stuff like the grass being green, or the snow blanketing the ground, the delicious drink or food you had that day, maybe you smiled at someone random that day and without you knowing it, you made their day better.
