Just little changes in your everyday life could help too, trying to appreciate the little things is a big one. Try to focus on stuff like the grass being green, or the snow blanketing the ground, the delicious drink or food you had that day, maybe you smiled at someone random that day and without you knowing it, you made their day better. You’re not alone in this and it’s hard but please don’t give up, that’s what you should tell your fish too.

I struggle with that too- AuDHD and depression. The first commenter person is correct though. While making friends is hard, it’s important to have a support system. Also your therapist is a huge support too. Make sure you have one

therapy to help in the long term and a sense of purpose to help right now. can be a small purpose aka taking care of a pet or a large purpose aka a career that improves people’s lives. it gives you a reason to keep going— something more important than your problems

Making a routine helps tremendously- but also try to make changes to said routine every once in a while.
