You should be able to contact the housing department of the school. They usually have an email, phone number, or their own page on the schools website.

I already sent an email, but they haven’t replied me back cuz it’s sunday. The deadline to cancel my assignment is due today. Is it possible to cancel it, avoiding any extra fee even tho they haven’t replied me back?

Since you submitted it today I imagine you should be fine with the fee and everything, but some schools can be rude and still charge you so it depends. I had an almost-roommate of mine last semester cancel housing really close to move in day, and it took a couple weeks for everything to go through.
