I don’t know. What I do know is that the devil wants to bring you down, so he hurts you. But God wants to bring you closer to Him. Maybe the fact that you asked that question means He’s calling you back. God loves you, He wants to help you. But you have to choose Him, He gave you free will to choose to do good or to do bad. Or to just do good but life do bad things in private. I’m not sure what’s up in your life, I will be praying for it to get better. Blame the devil, follow God if you choose
